Open Trade Gate meets companies in Yerevan, Armenia

Open Trade Gate, together with the Armenian Development Agency, arranged a ”Export to Sweden” seminar in Yerevan on 8th of April. Apart from representatives from the two organisations the Armenian Ambassador to Sweden, Mr. Ara Aivazyan and the Swedish Ambassador for Trade and Investment Promotion, Mr. Lars Owe Persson participated in the seminar.

The invited companies were mainly from the agricultural sector and the focus of the seminar was fresh and processed fruits and vegetables as well as wine and spirits. Issues regarding rules and requirements within EU were discussed. A session regarding the Swedish market, its demand and opportunities, was also included in the seminar.
