Open Trade Gate and the Swedish Chambers in Belarus

Aiming at promoting business and trade opportunities between Sweden and Belarus, Open Trade Gate Sweden and the Swedish Chambers visited Minsk October 6-8th to take part in a seminar hosted by Bellegprom as a part of the textile fair “Beltexlegprom 2009”.

The seminar was opened by Mr. Anatoly V. Guro, Deputy Chairman of Bellegprom and Mr. Stefan Eriksson, Ambassador of Sweden to Belarus. Open Trade Gate Sweden and the Swedish Chambers provided information about their services and how exporters can easily obtain information about trade rules and requirements for textile products when exporting to the EU as well as information about the Swedish market.

In addition, meetings were held with the National Centre for Marketing and Price Study of the Ministry of Foreign and the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
