New Executive Director

Mrs. Sonia Albarello has been appointed as new Executive Director of Open Trade Gate Sweden as of April 2008. Mrs. Albarello was previously Senior Trade Advisor at the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida and has worked many years with trade policy at the National Board of Trade.

She has broad international experience in trade facilitation and customs issues for instance as Vice-Chair of the United Nations International Trade Procedures working group and has worked closely with the United Nations Conference for Trade and Development as well as the World Customs Organization.
