Seminars about Sweden as an export market for Egyptian exporters

On Oct 29-30 Open Trade Gate Sweden participated in seminars in Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt, on the topic "Sweden as an export market for Egyptian exporters". The seminars were arranged by the Swedish Embassy and the Egyptian Scandinavian Business Association in Cairo, and the Consul General and Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria. Approximately 90 Egyptian exporters attended the events.

The exporters were given an overview of the Swedish market including opportunities, consumption patterns and business culture as well as a presentation of Open Trade Gate Sweden and the services we can offer. In addidtion, a session with information on products of particular interest to Egypt was held, covering market opportunities and requirements for exporting fruits and vegetables, garments and organically produced goods to Sweden.
