Export Competence Development Workshop in Nairobi

On December 5-6th Open Trade Gate Sweden will participate as experts in an Export Competence Development Workshop in Nairobi, Kenya. The organizers are the International Council of Swedish Industry (NIR) and East African Business Council (EABC).

The main purpose of the workshop is to provide knowledge about the requirements of the Swedish and European markets for business organizations and companies from East Africa. Approximately 20 participants are invited to the workshop that is focused on practical participatory training sessions. This will be done via presentations, discussions and group work.

The contents include marketing, trade regulations and business culture. After the workshop the participants should be able to disseminate the information to other companies and organizations in the region. A similar workshop was held in Dar es Salaam in December last year and was considered very successful.
